No Love for Area Code 250 10-digit dialing

Although the official 10-digit dialing changeover goes into effect September 8th, some residents in B.C. with the 250 area code are having a tough time connecting. Those who dial the 10 digits for either local or long distance still get a recorded message reminding them that the 250 prefix now applies. Bell Mobility spokesperson Linda Low said “We don’t have a resolution to it but we’re looking into it and working to get it fixed as quickly as possible.”
