Nokia and Qualcomm go to court over expired license agreement

Qualcomm and Nokia are headed to court in the US over hundreds of millions of dollars in what Qualcomm says Nokia owes license fees on an expired license agreement dating back to April 9, 2007. Nokia has paid Qualcomm $1 billion in fees and feels that is good enough
