Bell’s 100-day plan: streamline management and customer service

George Cope, Bell CEO said: “Bell’s goal is clear: to be recognized by customers as Canada’s leading communications company. I look forward to leading a unified, re-energized organization focused on attaining that goal by delivering a better customer experience at every level.” His first objective of what is internally known as the “100-day plan” is to streamline senior and middle management and to re-focus the company on customer service

    1. You cannot be a leader in the communication industry if you cannot communicate with your customers! I have managed people for over 45 years and would be happy to share my Bell experiences with Mr. Cope.
