Exclusive Interview with Best Buy Mobile Canada

We spoke with Scott Morris (Senior Manager of Communications) and Phil Johnson (Director, Wireless Solutions) of Best Buy Mobile in Canada. Earlier this week it was officially announced that Best Buy has some major plans to launch mobile focussed stores in malls and inside current stores. 3 locations are targeted to be in operation by the end of 2008.

You can currently buy a bunch of phones through Best Buy, however, in our conversation it was clear the strategy is to expand the current line up of mobile phone and accessories while providing “experience” through service and a non-commissioned environment. Listen tot he interview below:
