A report titled “Canada’s Telecommunications Industry: Industrial Outlook Spring 2008″ by the Conference Board of Canada focused on 3 areas: Wireless Boom, Wired Decline and Prices. Michael Burt says ”This increasing competition benefits consumers – but will constrain profit growth for telecommunications companies. Fierce competitive pressures in growing segments of the telecommunications industry will limit price increases”
