Telus has still not officially launched the new discount wireless carrier called “Koodo Mobile”. However a kiosk with the name Koodo Mobile is set up in Toronto’s Eaton Centre and Scarborough Town Centre, and a mall directory at the Pickering Town Centre in Ontario lists Koodo Mobile.
Telus spokesman Jim Johannsson still declined to comment on the future plans of Koodo Mobile, or Koodomobile.ca.

The introduction Koodo mobile is targeted to a youth audience who are more likely to pay for services like ring tones, music and text messages… a business plan that has certainly worked for Bell (Virgin) and Rogers (Fido) brands.
